Lindon borders Orem on the north, and our headquarters at 1075 N State Street is about five minutes from anywhere in town. That makes Lindon one of the easiest cities in the county for us to reach, and same day service is realistic for nearly every call that comes in before early afternoon.
We repair springs, cables, rollers, and openers on every brand, replace single dented panels, service shop and outbuilding doors, and install new doors when a repair no longer makes sense. The quote comes before the work, and we don’t turn a spring call into a new door pitch.

The east side and the bench (1960s, 1990s). Homes along Center Street, up 400 East, and in Lindon Heights sit on half acre and acre lots, often with a detached garage or shop in addition to the attached garage. Attached doors here are on their second or third spring set with original openers at the end of their life. The shop doors are taller and wider, sometimes on commercial hardware, and a lot of them have gone years between services. We can do the house door and the shop door in one visit.
The middle of town (1990s, 2000s). The subdivisions between State Street and the bench are the standard Utah County middle ring: two car attached, doors on their second spring set, rollers never replaced. A system overhaul is usually the right call.
West Lindon (2010s onward). The newer residential between Geneva Road and the lake, filling in around the industrial area, is builder grade doors with standard cycle springs now reaching the seven to ten year failure window. Same pattern as everywhere else: when one house on the street breaks a spring, the neighbors follow.
Wind. Lindon’s bench takes less canyon wind than Pleasant Grove or American Fork, but doors on the upper east side that flex in a storm still need struts.
