Traverse Mountain (2005 onward). Fieldstone’s Northridge and Vista Ridge, Toll Brothers’ Lakeview Estates, and the newer Vistas at the Point sit on the bench, and the bench takes wind. A door that visibly flexes in a storm is one gust from popping its rollers, and we add horizontal struts to most steel doors in a single visit. The earlier Traverse phases are also past the seven to ten year mark on builder grade springs.
Holbrook Farms and north Lehi (2017 onward). Ivory’s master plan west of Thanksgiving Point, with David Weekley and Oakwood building alongside, is now around 2,000 homes. The earliest phases are reaching the first spring failure window for standard cycle torsion springs, and the community’s architectural standards mean a dented section gets a matched replacement panel, not a repaint. The newest streets bring new house calls: tracks that need releveling after settling, sensors out of alignment, keypads never set up.
