We serve Herriman from our West Jordan office, out Bangerter or Mountain View Corridor. Herriman is one of the farther runs in the south valley, so call early: most calls that come in before late morning get a technician the same day, and we give you the actual window rather than a guess.
We repair springs, cables, rollers, and openers on every brand, replace single panels matched to the builder’s color for your HOA, and install new doors when a repair no longer makes sense. The quote comes before the work.
We handle everything from noisy doors to full replacements. Our Herriman garage door services include:
Our techs have seen all of it. With years of training and experience, they are qualified, honest, and can guide you to make the best decision for your repair.

Free service call with any repair ($79 value). $75 off a new opener. $400 off a new garage door. Up to $80 off spring replacement ($35 for one spring, $80 for a pair). One offer per visit, mention it when you book, and 0% financing is available for qualified applicants.
Herriman incorporated in 1999 with about 1,500 residents and passed 55,000 by 2020. More than half of its homes were built in the 2010s. That makes Herriman one of the youngest housing stocks in the state, and it also means thousands of doors are hitting their first real repair at the same time.
The first wave (1998 to about 2008). Rose Creek Estates, the city’s first subdivision, and the early Rosecrest phases are now 15 to 25 years old. The original builder springs have been replaced once or are overdue, rollers are worn, and the openers are at the end of their life: no battery backup, no phone control. These are system overhaul and opener replacement calls.
The 2010s boom. Most of Herriman, including Fieldstone’s Rosecrest phases, Holmes Homes’ Meadows at Rosecrest and Juniper Bend, Ivory’s Juniper Estates, Anthem, and Herriman Towne Center, went up with builder grade torsion springs rated for about 10,000 cycles. At three or four cycles a day that is seven to ten years, so a large part of the city is in its first spring failure window right now. If your door has started sounding heavy or slow, that is why, and your neighbors’ doors are on the same clock.
Foothills and wind. Homes up toward Butterfield Canyon and the south foothills take more wind than the valley floor. A steel door that bows in a storm is stressing its rollers and top section, and we add horizontal struts in one visit.
New construction. Olympia and the newest phases bring new house calls: tracks releveled after settling, sensors realigned, keypads and WiFi openers set up, and dented panels matched for the HOA.
It depends on what failed and on the door. We quote it on site before any work starts, and the service call is free when you go ahead with the repair.
We dispatch from our West Jordan office. Call before late morning and most Herriman calls get a technician the same day. We’ll give you the real window when you book.
Yes. Builder springs are typically rated for about 10,000 cycles, which is seven to ten years of normal use. We replace both springs with longer life springs so you aren’t back in the same spot in a few years.
In most Herriman master planned communities, yes, for a full door. A single matched panel usually doesn’t. We’ll give you the specs to submit.
We’re not some faceless corporation—just your friendly local pros keeping garage doors (and dollars) right here in the community! And if you’re all about supporting local, check out My Guy Pest and Lawn Services for a picture-perfect yard and the best pest control from the experts.
