Riverton was a farming town of under 3,000 people in 1970. A 1996 annexation roughly doubled its size, and more than half of the homes here were built in the 1990s and 2000s. That concentration is why so many Riverton doors need the same things right now.
1990s subdivisions. The first big wave of tract homes is 25 to 35 years old.
